Possible Video Android Object Bugs

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • 1) The Video Android object doesn't like files that begin with a number - when building an app, an error occurs. For example, if I use the file "1234_video.mp4" and then attempt to build, MMF2 will not do so. However, if I use the file "video_1234.mp4" everything is fine.

    2) I cannot place any object on top of the Video Android object, regardless of what layer it's on.

Zone Runner: Anniversary Edition out now.

  • 1) uhmm i will check that is very strange nothing filtered a this side.
Sorry seems i did not understand your question correctly, yes you are right you cannot use number at the beginning of a name since they are true android resource and them by convention cannot start with numbers.

    2) yes nothing can be on top of the video object, since is running as it, a surface and need to be run on top of the surface (the one is driven by the exporter).
