Fusion 2.5 feature list

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Ah. Still, some people might enjoy the first clear glance at the new interface.

(which I don't use anymore pretty much at all really). If there are awards for "'highest number of long forum posts", then I'd have probably won at least 1 by now. XD

  • These changes look awesome, I've been waiting eons for the "Find" features in the event editor, as well as the pixel-precise scrolling.

Clickteam Fusion is cool for now, but I'm telling you guys... just call MMF3 "Klik N' Play." It would make it feel like this incredible comeback of this old software that started out so humble and almost comically simple, and now has finally realized its true potential while remaining true to its roots. In today's climate I think the quirky name would catch on like wild fire, and it'd be sort of an inside joke to people who actually used the original Klik N' Play. I feel so strongly I've got half the mind to start a petition, haha :]

  • Nostagia aside, I think Clickteam's marketing department will have the final say on the name, with MMF3 remaining the code-name :)

Jeff: The video is still relevant to people who want to know how different MFM2.5 is ;)

Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3

  • The price hasn't been announced. However, people who recently bought MMF2/MMF2DEV will get MMF2.5 for free. Also, Clickteam has stated that it will be cheap to upgrade from MMF2 to MMF2.5. However, I'm thinking you won't have to wait much longer, if the recently-added and official Steam product page for MMF2.5 is anything to go by, since MMF2.5 is going to be released really, really soon: Please login to see this link.

  • Uh oh. Physics.

Which means many people will not know how to implement them properly in their game at the launch.

And no clear tutorials to follow.

Based on previous experience (android exporter), we're gonna be expected to figure it out.

Hope I'm wrong. Apologies if I sound rude, I just hope CT has learn't from past launches.

  • Hi, I did a search in this topic and couldn't find anything about the Steam releace. I have MMF2 Developer and I want to get the upgrade to Fusion 2.5, however I'd really love to have it linked to my Steam account. Will I be able to get the upgrade through Steam or will I have to purchase it at full price if I want it on my Steam account?
