HELP! Getting bad reviews because of sound problems

One user wrote that some sounds on his android device start to play but cut/stop.
But this user doesn't give an answer on which device the error occurs.

Does anybody have an idea or a temporary solution?
Have anybody encountered similar issues with some android devices?

On my android devices it works.

Also -- What device is he using? Maybe someone around here has the same one and can check and see if there is a problem.

Thats the problem. I replied to his review on amazon but no answer from him. So I don't know which device he uses. Maybe a kindle fire because another user reported such a problem with his kindle too (also no answer from him). But on my both kindle fire tablets everything works fine. I have one kindle fire hd (last generation) and one kindle fire (2nd gen).

Hi,

Which is the name of your application/game in the amazon store, does the user have a 1st generation KF?, they have a problem with sound but they also have a fix for it.

Has anybody a kindle fire (1st gen) to reproduce the problem with sounds that will be "cut"?

I don't know if it's relevant to your problem, but a few months ago I was getting sounds cut/and or stuck and I solved it by experimenting with the "Force Play for Disk for sounds larger than ..." option in the Android Options Properties panel of the app. Try experimenting with this value (I set it to 0). My problem was occurring on all devices though.

Astronio: Yes I had similar issues in the past and set it to 0 anyway for this reason.
