Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • I just received my XNA Export Module in the mail and I can't figure out how to install it.

I'm using the disk but when I put it in nothing happens. No installer pops up and I can't figure out what to do. My drive works fine but it can't recognize the disk. Do I install it from MMF2 or am I missing something?

    Thanks.

  • Have you checked to see if there are any big scratches on the disk? They could cause the disk to become unreadable. Jeff was just making sure, BTW, since you didn't mention anything about browsing the disk. He didn't mean any harm by that at all. It's just hard to tell what people actually know that sort of thing on here, since some people on here are teenagers (I am one myself, so I know it for sure), some of whom might be beginners to computers.

My Please login to see this link. (which I actually use), my Please login to see this link. (which I mostly don't use), and my Please login to see this link. (which I don't use anymore pretty much at all really). If there are awards for "'highest number of long forum posts", then I'd have probably won at least 1 by now. XD

  • No scratches.....I know you guys don't mean anything by it but I always get these answers from these forums. I've been using click products since 2004. Let's just assume I have the most general of computer knowledge.

My computer is plugged in. I have installed an operating system. My monitor works. My disk drive is operational. There is information burned onto the disk. There are no scratches on the disk. The drive reads nothing on any of my computers (which are also plugged in and operational). Once again, anyone have any ideas that don't assume I'm a complete moron?

  • Its quite possible the disc is bad.

Send an email into me jvance@clickteam.com with the order ID and we will gladly send another disc.
We can also get you a download link (the exporter isn't that big) that you can use right now.

If you put your XNA serial in your forum settings that will open the XNA owners lounge and you can download the installer yourself right now.

Please login to see this link.
