After reading through some posts, I felt I needed to add my two cents about the future of flash. In my opinion, Flash will stick around for some time. There is a huge amount of browsers (of all types for all types of media) that are still way behind the html5 compatibility curve. And, there are many web users who are content with no html5 browsers. Thus, Flash is still a media necessity. Clickteam needs to release a full object functional version of Flash for CTF25. My 2 pennies!

I'm totally agree with you.
Every day, developers make games on Mochi or others website like. -
I am also 100% for. This is big disappointment to find that after upgrading to Fusion 2 we didn't get anything new for flash, and moreover some features that worked with Fusion 2 are now buggy and cause crashes (i.e. timer events)

We agree with you, and will start working on porting the 2.5 features to Flash asap. We'll also allow Flash to work on Tablets and phones.

I agree. Keep SWF. It's not going to be extinct, otherwise there wouldn't be so many sites still using it!

Please do keep the flash exporter active. Hopefully with the new features of mochiads. This is what makes the flash exporter feasible... it's built-in income stream with mochiads. For a tiny developer like me, mochiads is the only income stream I have.
