Can we export an application.cci file for submitting updates to our games?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Like the thread title says, I was wondering if we can export application.cci files when we want to release an update for games on the app store? I have my Xcode project sat on the desktop that I used when I sent my game to the app store and I have an update ready for the game. It just seems like a real hassle if we have to create a completely new Xcode project to submit and update, rather than just export a new .cci file.

    Thanks for your time guys.

  • Export the new .cci file into your XCode project folder to overwrite your current one (use he XCode Application build setting), then you can upload the XCode project again, just change the version number in XCode.
