I didn't test this on Android but what about doing it like this?
Basically loop the launching animation and not calling it over and over each time its finished.
(Maybe improve performance also -- not sure just seems cleaner to do it like this.) -
it still doesnt work on android that way either thanks for trying thou. the reason i call on it multiple times is so that each time the animation is finished it subtracts health from the castles hp in my real game.

yup android when you are using a MMF2 file sometimes, not all the time I find the animations get stuck.
That seems to happen when using TGF, TGF2, MMF2 files from previous version of fusion. One solution for that is: do a restore animation sequence in between switching animations.
-
so collision with wall>stop>restore animation>Change animation to launching?

yes give it a try. I'll post an example in a bit, soon as i finish something
are you working with tutorial Jeff posted on the site?
-
i will test tomorrow and let you know
-
yes thats the example program i posted, it still didnt work on android however. Yes please do post an example and ill test it out on my android as soon as you do
thanks!

Well is your game on android, it works fine.
The problem was that you had Monster + Wall === Stop / Monster.play.AnimationI switch it to just ( note I made the animation loop )
