mmf2 and the for each object help request

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Hi, could someone please post an example of how to correctly use the for each object to parent a line of sight.

I am using the Widget simple LOS

To be honest I am quite annoyed, as a mmf user with both mmf standard and pro and swf exporters, I find it annoying that so much time and effort goes into providing examples for the new version.

It was us the users of these so called OLD products that provided the company with a loyal fan base.

Form me mmf standard and pro versions was money well spent, don`t forget about us.

If some one would be kind enough to post an example Thankyou!

  • If you have the same number of npcs or players as there are LOS objects mmf should auto-pair, but it can be inconsistent. You could use fixed values stored in an alterable variable or use a built-in detector as I've shown in the attachment.

I think 2.5 is worth the cost of the upgrade though I don't know if CT are still providing a discount. The much-needed inclusion of native foreach alone was worth it, at least for me.
