Database with Clickteam Fusion 2.5 - Insert New Records

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Here is how you can insert new records into your newly created database. Now, this doesn't include security but if the user doesn't know the server URL and the variables you are using, you should be safe. You could take a look at Jeff's tutorial and see how he has set up a MD5 hash key word to encrypt the data before inserting the new records into the database. I'll create another tutorial to show how to set up basic security for your records.

But for the sake of this example.. I'm just going to show you how you can insert records into the database the simple way.
