Sprite Dlight (Dynamic Lighting via Normal Maps)

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

    What happened to your example file? Doesn't seem to be available.

  • Hey, thanks! A 32x32 dude/chick/alien to fit the theme would be awesome, I'd be grateful if you did the normal map as well, otherwise I'd just do a hack job on it :) And if you're feeling generous a 3 frame pickaxe-ing animation would be a treat.

    Holding off on it til this and some other issues are resolved, adding runtime map loading and other stuff.

  • This looks like an awesome tool. I have freehanded many normal maps for use in Fusion and don't think the auto-generated ones look quite as nice as free-handed ones. However Sprite Dlight could be great for generating a base map that you could refine in Photoshop if you wanted to make it more polished.
