As the title says, I've just upgraded and wondered whether there are any obvious issues (asides from non-supported extensions not working) that I should be aware of when porting my current projects over?

Just upgraded from 2.0 to 2.5 dev...

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

There shouldn't be any issues, aside from what you've already mentioned. Worst comes to worst, CF2.5 automatically backs up your MFA file if you choose to save it using CF2.5. Or you could manually back-up the MFA file and have the automatic backup as well if you feel the need to do so.

Like any major upgrade, there may be a very tiny fraction of differences between 2.0 and 2.5 that could affect particular projects. Such as integration of Unicode/HWA into 2.5.
Seeing as 258.2 is the last MMF2 build, and 2.5 follows similar build numbering after that, you may wish to read up on the change logs on all the new changes you may be wish to be aware of.
