Community passport has been down for days.

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

    This should not however have prevented you from working on anything for a whole weekend, all of the files are available from the owner's lounge as they always have been. We also have email support forms, forum and chat system to ask if you're stuck with something…

    Next time perhaps it would be advisable to post at the beginning of your problems rather than waiting so long and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.

    I'm glad I have your attention. A few points and suggestions:

    1) Hind sight is 20/20. Yes, I wish I could go back in time and contact Clickteam at the start, but typically when sites or parts of sights are down with such messages, they are back online within minutes or hours, not days. Every time I checked back in I though.."Can't possibly be offline much longer", and "surely they'd give a more specific message if it was going to be down for days."

    2) Having redundant ways to get at files, our seriel numbers etc is fantastic, but on Clicteams forums, its confusing to know where to get the latest of anything, and whether or not its a full install or just a patch. I tried Downloading Fusion Developer's full install from several places here and half were just patches and the other half refused for some reason to accept my serial number. Each time I tried and failed, I assumed, oh well, I'm sure the official way to get my stuff, "community passport" will be back up soon.

    3) Why not have in your "down for maintainence" text explaining where to get files if we need them and links to the alternate places to download from?

    4) Why not be more specific in the notification? Will it be down for minutes, hours, or days?

    So, can you please direct me to where I can download a full install of Fusion Developer from? My email address is mike@brashmonkey.com

    Also, would it be possible for someone at Clickteram to double check my serial number for Fusion Developer and email it to me. I though I have it, but when I enter it while trying to install from the download I can find here on the forums, the "next" button in the install dialogie never becomes clickable. :(

  • If you ordered on Clickteam's website, you can get both your serial number and a download link from Please login to see this link..

    Login to your account, and go to My Orders, then click on details for the Fusion 2.5 order, scroll down and you'll see your serial number and download link.
