This is not only the first indie game that I can think of to get a movie deal, but possibly also the first game made in Multimedia Fusion! SO HUGE FOR THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY!

You are our inspiration Scott and congratulations on all your success!
Bravo Zulu Scott and many times more for you.

I'm actually dreading this due to the fact that a lot of video game to move adaptations go horribly wrong (I'm looking at YOU, Super Mario Brothers!!!)... Sometimes the hollywood bigwigs will engage in Please login to see this link. because they think they know what the audience wants when they really don't. Or they're just really big jerks who love to mess with their audience...
The fact that the game's creator is in on this is a bit comforting, but not much since the execs have the power to cancel the project if they don't get their way...
I was thinking that too... but I'm just happy for Scott, and clickers everywhere who get to rub digital elbow's with him. I hope we see a clickteam logo roll by somewhere in the credits!
Book authors sell their movie rights all the time, the movies aren't very often as good as the books, but the authors do get a fair share to finance their future projects, so it's win/win on a monetary level. But the quality of the product will really come down to the filmmakers ability rather than the authors.
Of all the video games out there, five nights at freddy's seems like it could adapt well to a movie.. better than Mario or something like that at least.
I'm very impressed by your achievement, Scott. I remember the first time I'm seeing FNAF on Clickstore when it's just opened, can't believe it'll make this far!
This is pretty awesome when i read it the other day... always nice to see creators doing well.
Congrats

I was pretty sure DOOM would've have transitioned well into a movie. But thanks to forces interfering with the movie making process, the movie got butchered pretty badly. I'm pretty sure the execs meddled into that too without much knowledge of what the video game was about. Or maybe someone else was twisting their arms to make the movie suit that special interests desires instead of its target audience...
Now that's the sort of news i like to hear, Awesome!! I can imagine that movie working really well in the dark cinema atmosphere & with correct use of surround sound, let's hope the movie does the game justice. Well done Scott! ^__^
This is awesome news! Too bad FNAF creeps me the F out too much to actually play it. I have a thing against terrifying animatronics. But awesome news nonetheless!
