My Xbox 360 just broke on me, Can I test my game on my Xbox One?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • I recently had the misfortune of learning that my Xbox 360 does not work anymore after wanting to play Arkham City on the console.

My game isn't gonna require that much (It can be played on virtually any PC or Mac whenever the beta exporter is available to me, Yves) so it can be played on Xbox 360 and One without any struggle.

Can I test/play my game for Xbox One? Please please please say yes!

NOTE (You don't have to read this)

The game is going to be a free-to-play for Xbox (Not PC or possibly Mac), does that mean I still have to say "MADE IN FUSION"? I will gladly put it in my game but I'm just wondering (I'm a standard-version warrior)

  • XNA is no longer supported by Microsoft as of before the Xbox One, from my understanding, so, unfortunately...

As far as I know, the answer is no. :( That also means that, even if you got it working on the Xbox 360, you probably wouldn't be able to use it on the Xbox One anyways. Then again, come to think of it backwards compatibility with the Xbox 360 on the Xbox One was announced fairly recently, so for all I know I could be wrong...

That's also why the runtime is now free: It's no longer supported by Clickteam because Microsoft discontinued it, giving Clickteam no reason to continue supporting it themselves.

My Please login to see this link. (which I actually use), my Please login to see this link. (which I mostly don't use), and my Please login to see this link. (which I don't use anymore pretty much at all really). If there are awards for "'highest number of long forum posts", then I'd have probably won at least 1 by now. XD
