You'll need to add any extensions used in the sub-application to the parent application too, so they're included when you build the application.
Ahh great to know!! I had the same problem and couldn't figure it out. Even if i put the extension file in the same folder didn't work so including it in the build is the way to go then. Thanks!!

You could think of the CCN file as just the runtime "code" - it doesn't contain what is required to run (extensions), just the events and the assets.
That said, if you update to a newer build of Fusion, it may be a good idea to rebuild your CCN files too, to avoid crashes if an older b284.10 CCN is ran in a b285.0 EXE, for instance.
