HTML5 and Internet Explorer problems

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Okay I spent a couple hours on multi touch only to find out internet explorer doesn't support multi touch the same way as other browsers, I know surprise surprise, so what is the way to add touch when using internet explorer? I read that they use pointer events, is that like the mouse events? Or is there some extension out there...
also the accelerometer I don't think works right

    Thanks

  • I know that this won't help, but I gave up on making my html5 apps work on explorer. Even though they work, they run much slower and audio frequency commands are completely ignores by Explorer. Now I stick to what works: Chrome, and I state it clearly on my site: For best results, Chrome & Safari only.

  • The HTML5 project doesn't even load on Windows 10 - Explorer 11

    [EDIT]
I got it to load by changes in the projectfiles and make a new build.

Could you let me know what your changes were to get it to load? I am facing the same problem. My html5 project works under Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc. but not under Internet Explorer (version 11 in my case).
    Thanks in advance.
