[Beta] Voice Recognition Extension

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • It's official: It's working! At least on Windows 10 it is, anyways.

EDIT: Specific word recognized seems to have difficulties, though, best as I can tell... either that, or it's somehow interpreting the word "right" as "left", which is honestly just as bad (if not worse, since I'd imagine that the latter would be an issue with the speech recognition engine itself, which is probably harder for you to fix on your end). XD

My Please login to see this link. (which I actually use), my Please login to see this link. (which I mostly don't use), and my Please login to see this link. (which I don't use anymore pretty much at all really). If there are awards for "'highest number of long forum posts", then I'd have probably won at least 1 by now. XD

  • Still does not work on my side: Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit. Which .Net dlls are you binding with your project?
That is a great job though, thanks for this. :)
I will save time if I do not need to finish my voice recognition extension but it seems to lack some features that I need:
Can I customize the language it is using or is it this of the OS version?
Can I customize one of the speech recognition models: acoustic model, phonetic dictionary or language model?

You can improve the detection quality by "training" your computer to recognize your style.

The only requirements are NET 3.5 or later. You can customize the language in your speech settings. I may add more specific features at a later date.

Upon further testing, the issue is, in fact, with the event, not with the voice recognition. If "right" is the ONLY word it's set to detect, it works fine, but otherwise, it ONLY triggers the event for the word "left", even when you say "right"... the order you add the words doesn't even seem to be the problem, either, and neither does the order of events, nor the alphabetical order (changing the word from "right" to "flight" SEEMS to yield the same results, mainly).

Still, progress! It's now working at all for some people, and that's a BIG start!

  • It's not 64-bit that's the problem, the problem is it not seeming to work on Windows 7. I have a 64-bit computer, so I can confirm that it isn't the issue at hand.
