Lost CD, still want to upgrade

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

    If you purchased directly from Clickteam
    Your name and shipping address and a general guess when you bought it

    If you purchased from a reseller
    Step 1 -- Name of reseller, guess when purchased
    Step 2 -- Dependent on step 1

    I'm in the same situation. Lost the old MMF2 CD, and lost the Serial Number too. But I need the Serial to upgrade to CF2.5.

    I noticed that my forum profile shows that I have MMF2 as a registered product, which means I must have registered my Serial Number on this site at some point. Is there any way I can find my serial number through my forum account?
