My window is chopped up. Image explains better than the title.

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • I am just wondering if anyone else had this happened. Sometimes when I boot up my game this is the "window" I get:

Please login to see this picture.

This is a random occurrence. It happens often though, like 1 out of 5 times of launching the game. It will then stay like this until I tab in and out of the game a few times.

I suspect it has to do with Ultimate Fullscreen and Window Control Object being at odds over something. Though that is just me randomly pointing fingers at something. Just figured I'd ask here before I make a bug tracker issue.

  • never happened here :(

but I've not met the same conditions often I think (UFO & WCO)
so maybe this feedback is little useful to pinpoint the issue..

a selection of my Fusion examples can be found Please login to see this link.

  • I've managed to isolate it down to 1 event. Sort of. It doesn't cut the window in the crazy way Jarvis had it but it's similar enough.

So I think the problem is either my event logic or the Window Control Object. Any 2nd opinions before I send this off to the bug tracker?

The bug is very random btw; To reproduce you have to start the application several times until you run into it(Hitting F2 doesn't count, close the app and run it again). Here's how it looks here:

  • Chrilley, this might not be the case, but have you tried running the application with the Fusion window minimized? Just mentioning it because on some rare occasions i've had the Fusion window "cut" through my web browser in a way somewhat similar to this when I had it up, but my browser also up on top of it.

Best person at writing incomprehensible posts. Edits are a regularity.

  • Could not reproduce, started up around 20 times, always looked fine.

It does remind me of a weird bug I once had, a long time ago. Could you check one thing - try switching ON the V-Sync function in your application's properties?

  • ratty: Thanks!
koobare: Interesting, perhaps it could be some OS or system spec related issue? Do you mind mentioning your graphic card and operating system? V-Sync did not solve it, thanks for the suggestion though!
casleziro: I think you're onto something! I tried to reproduce the issue with an .exe build(how do you run applications and minimize Fusion at same time?) without any bugs. After about 50 tries it still hadn't shown up even once and I gave up, so that might be it.

Sure, here's the specs of the computer I've tested this on: Windows 7 64 bit SP1, AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series PCI Express 2.0 1024 MB GDDR5 1200 MHz, Intel Core i5 750 @ 2.67 Ghz.

I guess you could always try the trifecta as well: update video drivers for your card, check for system updates and reinstall the standard libraries (DirectX, NET, Visual C++) just to make sure there's no conflicts or corrupted drivers or whatever.
