Playing a sound on every 10 from a counter??

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

  • I can't figure this out, but I'm sure it's using mod. I want to play a sound every time the counter reaches 10, 20, 30 and so on, but the counter counts in ones. Is this possible?

    So, it would be,..1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, "10, play sound" 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, "20, play sound" and so on and then repeat. Play sound on every 10 count.

  • Thank you, but I'm not talking about editing the sound. I want to play the sound when the counter reaches, 10, 20, 30 and so on,.but the counter can go in some cases past 1000 and up. BUT it counts in 1s, not by 10s. I'm adding 1 to the counter every 0.5 mils.

  • ok,.I should have explained it better. This is what I have going on. At the end of a level I have a counter that adds up the score for that level using a value. If the player destroys,..say 957 items,.this is what the counter counts up to by 1 every 0.5 milliseconds. I'm subtracting one of the value and adding one to the counter value. When the value reaches 0, the counter stops counting. Value is > than 0,..add one to counter.

    So if the counter is equal to 10, then 10 divided by 10 is 1 with a remainder of 0. So the expression is true.

    If the counter is 20, then 20 divided by 10 is 2 with a remainder of 0. So the expression is true.

    If the counter however is 21, then 21 divided by 10 is 2 with a remainder of 1. So the expression wouldn't be true.
