How do I get a fresh copy to import my license key?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

    Hi, I just upgraded my computer and have windows 10 on it, consequentially, my CF2.5 was deleted. I have the license key written down and thought I could just download the free version and upgrade from there, but apparently not. Can anyone help? :) You'll be able to check my past posts to see I've been using it a while.

    I make Odd cartoons, talk shows and hopefully in the future, some decent games ;)

    Fusion shouldn't have been deleted, but you should be able to download it from the Clickteam Shop (click on "My Account").

    And then use the link wpd provided to get the latest stable or beta update.

    That last link doesn't work, Decal. It just makes a black shadowed box appear and nothing happens. The update patches download fine, but not the program.

    Oh nevermind I found an old installer saved to an external drive as backup. I put it somewhere safe and forgot in 2 years, its location. Sorry to have bothered. Got my key in and registered now :) Cheers.

    What browser are you using? It should work. Its the page where you register your products. I can see you have registered Fusion 2.5, so the download link for the full program should be there.
