"Touch the screen to continue" message pops up even when unchecked

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

    can you post example .mfa to speed up getting help?

    (I guess you are talking about the option for iOS devices?
    Does this issue only shows up on iOS devices connecting to your HTML5 page?
    Then I think I wouldn't be able to test it..
    or maybe it's time to try ipadian..)

    mmm I'm not getting any message on Chrome with devices Ipad5/6/6plus/Ipad
    but I don't get the message even with that option ticked XD

    Did you test on a real device?
    I guess browser "simulation" could be not very trustworthy

    Unfortunately I can't be of any help then, I have no real device and my testing on Chrome gave negative result.
    Hope someone else with an iOS device can join in and lend a hand :(

    Is there sound when you tap? Also, could I send you the full game (the mfa here is just the cut that caused me the trouble), and have you build it for me? There might be something wrong with my html5 exporter. I'd send you PM, but you've disabled it, and I wouldn't like to post the whole game publicly.
