Help with the Multi-touch object - double tap to sprint?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

    Hi guys,
So we've been struggling to get the multi touch object to properly recognise a double-press on the screen.

We used Jeff's multi touch example to get the basics working, but basically, this is what we have at the moment:

If you press a directional button, an alterable value goes to 30.
If you let go, it subtracts by 1.
If you press the button again before the alterable value gets below 15; it'll recognise it as "sprint".
But we're going wrong somewhere because it's on and off and, well if someone could have a look and help us out, we'd massively appreciate it!
