The HTML 5 Exporter isn't out of Beta yet, so you won't be able to purchase it yet, as a note.

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

Why not have the dust objects follow the frame?

Okay so I was speaking with ProdigyX last night in the Chatroom and...he had no idea how to emebed the HTML 5 program itself onto a different page. Then I realized, I didn't either! I had to open the HTML 5 index file in a text editor to see what exactly was going on to how to do so.
It would be neat if there was:
A: An 'Make Embed Code Wizard' that let folks type in stuff like 'where they're keeping the game' 'tells folks where to upload the specific folders' then 'Gives you a code to copy & paste into your Website.
B: Just a big fat 'Start Copy Paste Here/End Copy Paste Here' commenting in the HTML 5 source.

Woah, HeyHey! A real issue!
I recently ran Pineapple's '3D Ring Example' through the HTML 5 Exporter: Please login to see this link.
Doesn't work, well. It tries to, but buttons don't work and looks all freaky!
BTW. I use Chrome for all my testing. just FYI.
-
So it's something potentially fixable? neat! Also, I guess it helps if I link the file, specifically, I had this problem in!: Please login to see this link.
Also, 4 more days and I've been beta testing for a year, wooo! don't mind me, just fun to be part of semi important about the thing I love. :3.

Hey Francois and Crew, I'm still here!
I've been trying every test from this page: Please login to see this link., this page, Please login to see this link. , and Random Engines I can download from The Daily Click.
Everything Runs, and most runs well, which is why I've been kinda silent. :3....... But there is one issue I have, but it's a minor cosmetic one:
When Run in Windows, Buttons look like the one in the center that says 'Next': Please login to see this link.
When Run in HTML 5, they look like this, SOMETIMES: Please login to see this link.
So the text may be a little off center. Is this just a limitation of HTML 5 rendering buttons, or can it be fixed?

If MMF gets on steam, will current owners be able to get it on Steam aswell without much issue? Will we be able to have/install the Exporters aswell in steam?

I've been running more things from Nivram's Example Site. Specfically from here:
Please login to see this link.
Shoot
Shooting Up Example
Single Out Objects Example
Snap to Grid Exampleon that page all work as expected when compiled in HTML 5 Beta 11!
I know these kinda updates aren't super helpful, I suppose, but it lets you know that I am testing and having successful use of the product. ;P.
-
I've been running various examples through it. I haven't seemed to have anymore major issues or problems, though my Warpstar game seems to refuse to build correctly the first few times, I believe this was a fault of mine of not doing it correctly, since it worked the third time.
-
Alright, got it working!
Pleased to report that everything I've ran through it, mainly all the files/examples I've tested before, work as expected fine. :3. I'll test a few new things soon! Time for this guy to sleep for the night. ><

Hey.
I seem to be having a problem installing this Beta of the HTML 5 Exporter....it doesn't show up as a option for export on any type of file I make or use.
-
How do you do the whole 'Black/Dark Room, but you can see where the flashlight points' effect, with a beam drawn to the flashlight, anyways? Or is this not possible in MMF2?
-
The more we progress, the mùore we see that WebGL does not really accelerate things.
How is your game without it?
I wonder if we are going to keep it for the final version...Oh, hey. I turned off WebGL (Untick the 'Use WebGL acceleration when available' button in the Properties box, right?) and it works a LOT better. So yeah, it's def. WebGL.

Alright, I got some time to test some more, sorry I've been lax! Here:
Browser Used: Chrome
Error Messages: None
File Tested: Please login to see this link.Problem: Is VERY slow, Slower than such a simple Engine should be compared to other things that have run just fine.

Just dropping by to let you know I've tested everything I've tested so far and it seems to work just fine.
I'll commence testing newer things in the next day or so.

Could just be a user on the forum trying to spread word of his game. Though I never received a PM and don't know how many other people may have. If you're the only one, that is pretty odd.
Then he could had made a public post saying 'Hey, I need Beta testers, interested?'. Otherwise, Unsolicited Contact is ALWAYS highly unwanted unless you know the person you're contacting. Not to mention just unwanted, it's downright /rude/.
-
Always ask yourself these questions:
* Did you ask to participate in a Beta someone posted about in a thread?
* Is this Unsolicited in Any way?
I find Unsolicited PMs with a direct link to Betas you didn't ask to participate in very suspect, and I'd report this to mods and admins as being kind of spammy, whether it's genuine or not.

Guess what! More Example Compiled into HTML 5 from: Please login to see this link.
Browser: Chrome.
Error Codes Produced: None that I can see!
classicrpgmovement.mfa - RPG Grid Movement Example. Going Left and Right do not work in HTML5. Though up and down works. Works fine in normal runtime. Download link: Please login to see this link.
characterchangecolorexample.mfa - Color Change Example. Character stops, doesn't change color in HTML 5. Download Link: Please login to see this link.
characterselectionexample.mfa - Counter in the Second Frame in HTML 5 isn't invisible/hidden when it is in the normal runtime. - Download Link: Please login to see this link.
-
Once again from: Please login to see this link.
Browser: Chrome.
Error Codes Produced: None that I can see!
chainreactionexample.mfa - An example showing how to do a chain reaction, once again from the same source as the above ones. The "Chain Reaction" in this example works fine (It's a test of a chain reaction example), but the mouse shoots two 'bullets' instead of 'one' like in the normal runtime for every mouse click.
Example File: Please login to see this link.

Archery : corrected. This was a tough one, I hope I will not get other bugs like this one
Fireworks : everything seems to work fine on my side, but for the RGB coefficient in the first frame. Speed : I guess that HTML5 is not really optimised for the kind of stuff yet. Please login to see this link. X)
