Not with html 5, it's not really a bug, it's that Microsoft as usual try to be different from the standards and expect others to follow them, they use a different method for html 5 multi touch which is not implemented in the html5 exporter so with windows phones where you can't use a different based browser... That option is out, as far as I know.
