Display MoreOpenAI ChatGPT is a chatbot that's mean to be Google on steroids.
I asked it some fusion questions and it did well enough. It's defenitly not 100% and either needs more context or more data on how Fusion works.
It can be usefull for beginners and offer directions for complex problems.

I get where you're coming from — ChatGPT can be super helpful for general inquiries, but like you said, it's not perfect, especially with niche topics like fusion. It’s a great tool for exploring ideas and offering a starting point, but it definitely needs more context and fine-tuning for specialized subjects. That’s where platforms like Please login to see this link. might come in handy as an alternative. It’s another AI chat that can help you work through complex problems or gather insights, with a slightly different interface that can sometimes feel more direct or tailored for specific tasks.
Also worth mentioning, please do not answer people's questions using the chatbot. Other fourms have been destroyed by this and it's only been out for a Week!
I think you're spot on with your thoughts on ChatGPT. It’s definitely a powerful tool, but not perfect — especially when it comes to highly specialized topics like fusion. It’s useful for brainstorming and offering a general direction, but as you mentioned, it can miss key details or need additional context to give a fully accurate response. That said, it's a great resource for beginners or anyone trying to get a sense of complex topics before diving deeper.
I also agree with your point about not using it to answer other people's questions directly in forums. As convenient as it is, using ChatGPT to respond can often result in generic or incomplete answers, which can frustrate the community and derail discussions. It's best as a starting point rather than the final word.
