Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

Hello , I found these on my drive; hope it helps. Please login to see this attachment.

If you start some crowdfunding to port the objects, I will definitely chip in, as I think one of the points of adventure games or text adventures today is to be able to play them / share them online.
-
Merci beaucoup !
Thanks a lot for this !
-
looks nice, well done again.

I may be totally wrong, but maybe filters "exclude" files instead of showing them.
-
Thanks for your answer , I will take a closer lok at the documentation for bluewing then..

Hello,
good work , congratulations for that !
if you decided to put the .mfa of this on clickstore ( when it is back online ), I would buy it to learn some of the concepts you mentioned ,especially the For Each loop and the implementation of multiplayer with bluewing ( which I have, but it's not easy for me to use .

Hello,
a while ago I posted an example of an animated dice roll on discord.
This is a modified version of the dice roll example hosted by nivram on his website ( please check it out : there are a lot of interesting examples)
Please login to see this link.I only added the basic animation of the dice.
I hope it helps.

Sorry had no time to look at your MFA yet, I'm slow, I got covid for 3 days... I'll check and I'll let you know.
Hello Yves ,
I wish you a prompt recovery ; take care and thank you for updating this great program for all these years. As the possibilities of Fusion are already endless, the program can safely wait till you get better, so take as much time as necessary please. -
Hello warmachine,
this is great work , well done.
Awesome graphics, great and smooth action!Just wanted to know if these are assets from the original game ( I haven't played it).
If so, what about possible copyright issues ? Maybe there are legal precedents that allow for fan games? I f you have info on this, I'm interested, just out of sheer curiosity, since I'm not working on a fan game. -
Great info tobydavis !
Thank you. -
Hello,

Yeah! There will be versions for HTML5, iOS and Mac. Right now, I'm refactoring the code to fix bugs and improve performance, but I'll soon release these versions.
Great , thanks again, I will support the project.

Hello,
thanks for this object! Do you plan to release an html5-compatible version ? -
hello,
try converting one of your audio files to the .ogg format ( audacity software can do that for free ) and see if it works.
Iused mp3s and converting to .ogg has solved my issue ( but I had just one big audio file ) -
Hello to you all!
So here's my attempt at making a simple illustrated text adventure in Fusion.
So far I've made about ten scenes, and what you get here in terms of writing is limited to information about your surroundings.
Nothing fancy , visually very basic ( but as I explained in my rambling on the open topic , I don't have the abilities to make it much better ), I have just tried to use my limited knowledge of Fusion and my very limited graphic skills to sketch a simple fantasy setting.
What matters to me is to get the player to read the portions of text at their own pace and in the order of their choice, while some basic interactivity might make the overall experience a little different from just reading a text.
If you could give feedback on the text it would be much appreciated. English is not my native language but I have tried to write something decent.
Here's the link :

CONTROLS : press " I" ( letter I ) or use the right-mouse button to toggle the User Interface.
Note : no way to get further to the south-east for the moment…
In Firefox, set the zoom to 90% to get the whole scene if your computer is set to 1920*1080If you're on a mobile phone, click on the signpost to toggle U.I

therickman do you mean an Active object being used as backdrop (for example using Physics - Background movement) or Active Backdrop object?
Because Active Backdrop is extremely slow (No HWA support), has problems with DX11 (Because it never got updated to work correctly with it) and it brings no benefit other than appearing bellow of regular Actives...
I don't think it got any updates since 2009, if it did, it was just a bit of compatibility fixes...Active objects these days are as efficient as regular Backdrop objects, so there's no problem in using them instead.
I suggest that you stop using Active Backdrop object because I doubt Clickteam will focus on fixing and improving it at this point. Thanks a lot Naitor, yes I am using the active backdrop object because I am using some pictures...as backdrops :).
But now I will use active objects as backdrops, then. Thank you for letting me know about the issue. -
Hello, this may be a bug in 294.14 : I have a few frames with active backdrops, and buttons to move between frames.
I noticed that, when moving from one frame to another, there came a point when the displayed frame was not the one expected ( I made sure this was not event-related ) : debug mentioned " frame 4" but frame 1 was shown.
Now the first frame's zoom was set at 50% in the editor, the others 100 %.
After setting frame 1 to 100% again, everything was back in order.
I don't know if that is a coincidence, but I thought I should report it.EDIT : it's not due to zoom after all, the bug has happened again.
EDIT2 :It seems to happen randomly , although what I can say is that it actually displays the right frame.....but the wrong active backdrop ! -
For some reason it's working fine now, sorry. Nice game by the way:)
