The best would even be that it choose the object whose hotspot the x and y was closes to, that would feel the most logical as a player when selecting between objects as it would always be the one...Outcast Today, 09:52 PM

I am currently trying to make a top-down shooter, and downloaded CleanerAI for enemy movements. Since my game is similar to the project it was originally used for, I figured it should work.
Lots of different examples there - you'll probably find what you are looking for.
