Room Scrolling Stops at Random

I am currently working on a game that involves looking around a room with a flashlight. I have everything set up correctly to my knowledge, but sometimes the scrolling stops and gets stuck. Any suggestions?

Hi KryFuZe, your Active 3 was getting moved off the screen so it broke very quickly. I've constrained the active to the larger screen size. Should be working now :)
