Hey guys, this is a redo of a previous post I did in which no one replied. I'm still having the issue so here I am again lol. Does anyone know how to get your "highscore" table's text to randomly change to one of the 5 colors of a rainbow every second? I tried, and got pretty close. I have it changing to strange random colors every second...but not exactly what I'm looking for.
You want it to "cycle" through 5 colors or get a random colors out of 5?
generally, you just need to
every 1 second
>>> "set text color" to:
a) you make 5 events and manually pick the 5 colors with the color GUI that pops out
or
b) you "use calculation" and plug in a GetRGB(red,green,blue) expression, with the 5 colors rgb values
Ok thanks I'll try it out. Btw how does the demo feature work? I'd like to record a demo of my progress for those interested in seeing...but I'm not sure how.
I've never used that feature myself so no direct experience :(
but Fusion's help file seems pretty straightforward on this:
Demo recording
- Demo file
Indicates the name of the demo file in which to record the keypresses and mouse movements.- Record demo
Launches the frame, recording all the key pressed and mouse movement in the given file. This file can be later replayed with the Play demo file action of the Storyboard object.
So I assume you can specify a file name, click "record" to execute your frame, play the game,
then code your demo replay in the event editor with the apt storyboard editor action
