Not unless you animated the entrance of each number. You should search if any animations exist as an asset to purchase, or animate your own. What your asking for isn’t a standard feature of counters.
Subtracting is a built-in function - you can use a counter and set it up as a horizontal bar.
For Adding you would have to create your own animation.
I've attached an example of both.
