Update: the build 292.25 is available.
- Android runtime: the ScreenZoom object was missing.
Does this mean that this object will work on the Android platform? If yes, then I do not have it in the list of objects in the Android project :o
What does this mean?
Yes it works on Android. Hmm, you are right it's not in the extension list when you select "Android" in the Insert New Object dialog box... I'll check why. It doesn't complain when you build the application with a ScreenZoom object though, this means it's included. Weird.
Thank you very much for this object :)
haoujey PM Sent, should do movement now https://drive.google.com/file/d/139a...ew?usp=sharing
Where do I find the Android zoom? I don't see it anywhere ?
Hello, I found a bug. If you minimize the Clickteam window, and then move the mouse many times, then when you go back, the number of mouse coordinates will be greater than the intended computer screen Attachment 29131
The Fusion was crashed when I cut the group of events with Ini, Android Object and AndroidDialog events x_x
only ZOOM and ANGLE , non displacement for now
Would you consider rich text display and editing on Android?
With this feature, one of my projects will do even better!
An undesirable old behaviour seems to have reappeared in 292.25: when switching from Event List Editor to Frame Editor and back again, Fusion no longer correctly remembers your position in the ELE, and just takes you to the top (though flicking the mouse scrollwheel will immediately jump to the correct position)
How can I get beta on Steam? It requires access key to unlock.
Thanks for the patch, discovering features one by one via changelog. Frame editor: new "Draw Lines" option in grid options is nice addition, but to make it even more precise I think we could have an option "not" to hide mouse cursor. When in Paint mode, mouse cursor hides and it leads often to not correct tile placement. I attach a picture where I explain this.
Here is what happens after click (click for zoom):
When I place blocks in the grid I often missplace the position to left or to right or above. Reason is because backdrop is added at its 0/0pos and snapped to grid where the mouse cursor is. Because mouse is hidden, it can lead to bad placement. It's not a bug but I think if we were able to see mouse cursor, it would increase precision greatly.
As now we can set flag by expression, will it be possible to compare to one of the flags as alterable values do in the future? This will slightly improve the efficiency, especially when you need to scope a bunch of object Bs by flag according to object A's flag (or calcuated by it, e.g. negate)...
I've never installed a beta version before, I just wait for the official releases but to all of you who have installed beta builds before. Have you ever encountered corrupt mfa's etc? (Yves always warns that stuff like that COULD happen) but have they ever happened or is your experience that it's more or less as stable/safe as the official builds?
I don't remember if this ever happened, maybe once or twice though. Any change is a risk, that's why we always recommend you to make backup copies of your MFAs before loading them with beta versions (well, you should also do it with release versions anyway :).
PS: anyway the current version seems stable enough, we might release it as official version today (with a fix in the picture editor for the surface object)
Thank you for the update :)
Another QoL request: Would it be possible to "Pin" layers attributes? So their visibility or lock wouldn't change when you use the All buttons. Would make the workflow of working with different layers smoother.
Also if possible to get a search bar in the Create Object box.
Update: the build 292.26 is available as release candidate. Just one minor change and some translations. In theory this is the next official build.
It seems like there's a fix that isn't on the changelog. I reported a while ago that switching bookmarks in the Event List Editor ignores bookmarks on events that are currently selected (which could cause confusion in certain circumstances). This seems to have been fixed now, yes?
Not a big deal, but if it's easy, could we get the fields in the Animation Editor's RMB>Zoom to remember their last settings? They always default to 100% and 10 frames, which seems unlikely to be useful (surely no one's choosing "zoom" to create 10 copies of a frame at exactly the same size). Even if you just changed the defaults to something like 200% and 1 frame, that would help.
The build 292.26 is now the official version.
For the paint mode, I think it would be better to have the tile cursor locked to the grid since it would give a more accurate representation of where the tile would go, could this please be added? I'm sure this would make this feature more popular
Greetings all. I'm sorry for the offtopic, but I can't find out one thing. This goes for the localization tools that were once mentioned on the forum. If they exist, where are they, who knows?
(Please answer on this thread: https://community.clickteam.com/threads/107802-Clickteam-Fusion-2-5-localize-tools)
A friend just found an very odd bug... (he doesn't speak english)
For some reason it's not able to invert a variable directly in the following example, check the "tiro_mina" object behavior on the mfa bellow, when the direction of it is left (mine turns green), it should make the speed variable negative, which would make it goes to the left, but for some reason it stays positive and goes to the right...
It's an exact reacreation of the following tutorial, and it isn't working like it should, so I think this is a bug...
Is it possible to downgrade to the previous version? I'm getting some weird behavior with my HTML5 apps. Stuff is not lining up right like it used to, I'm having buttons that won't disable while other buttons do. I'd like to downgrade to test and see what's going on.
Found one of the problems. With Active Picture object, before I had "Set Hotspot center" and everything was working fine. After the update I had to change it to "Set Hotspot top-left". Nothing else changed in the code since I did the update. I'm not sure if this is a new bug, or if this fixed an old bug, but I think it's a new bug because I have the app setting the Active Picture object to the XY coordinates of the mouse and after the update it was positioning the object to above and to the left of where the mouse was, but it was acting like the object was actually where the mouse pointer was.
You can download the previous version from here: https://community.clickteam.com/threads/84521-Download-links and just install it over the current version to roll back.
I have found a weird behavior by creating a SubApplication.
In the sample I've uploaded, the Sub App should have the same size of the main app, but it's larger. I'm doing something wrong, or it's a SubApp issue?
Hi crian, I think the problem is using window size instead of setting sub app to frame size of frame 1. Change frame 1 color to see the frame vs window size. You'll have to do some math to set the x and y pos of sub app to line up with frame 1. The sub app window will stay in one location even when changing the size for the window, unless you configure it to move. Hope this helped.
