That would depend on where you live and if you choose standard or express delivery.

Around 1 week or less.. depend where you live. In most case its between 2 to 5 days.

I wouldnt worry about running out, when we get near to a low number we will just go for reprint.
It doesnt actually take too long with reprints, because all the hard work has been done (masters created, proofs made etc). It would only take about 5-7 days max to get some more. In fact delivery from the pressing plant is actually the most time consuming part (in some cases).
