Application run does not work

Hi! why won't the application run when i press F8? I've tried it on the menu! but it will not run!!!

DO NOT TELL ME THAT THE DEMO CANNOT RUN IT'S APPLICATION!!!

That happened to me too. Restart your MMF2.

... we have some quiet a big bug here..... before i had pressed F8 it worked fin to run applications.. but now even if i restart MMF 2 none of my applications work. I will try restarting windows.

I just signed up to say the same things, but restarting does not seem to fix it for me.

Running on XP sp2 all up to date.

Whenever you open or create a new app it doesn't work anymore
You'll have to restart MMF2 before running a new app
The first you load/create will work though

In replying to Yves, sometimes the first application will work (whether its new or you open one) then after that you can't run an app.

Make sure you have a application/frame selected in the Workspace toolbar.

Ah, yes, make sure the Properties window has not the input focus. Click the Workspace toolbar or any editor.

Every boot up after install (first boot up was smooth but I had to restart the pc shortly after) I get the error box after the 30 day trial splash "'my directory'/2 was not found", replace the my directory with where I installed the program.

It seems i was wrong it's a bit more complicated than that... But sometimes you can't run it, though it's selected

Yeah, it does seem to be a bit buggy in the demo version (at least, the TGF2 demo I tried).

- Reinstalling mmf2..

If you open the Windows Task Manager, is there an EDRT.EXE somewhere? If so, let me know, and then kill it and retry.

Thanks for the tip Yves but I still get the error, MMF2demo loads fine after I click OK though, the only problem afterwards is this playing a demo problem everyone seems to have.
