Just an hour or 2 if you work up a nice quick method. After the first 10 smooth images, you sort of get into a little "method" where it naturally becomes easier to do over and over again.

Isn't MMF supposed to make my work easier? I do prefer tga files import with alpha channel, the same way as it works with png files. No hassle, no time loss.
If tga alpha support isn't implemented, I'm going to figure out an easier way, somehow.

>> it doesn't work with tga files at all.
It should work. It works on my machine anyway with the TGA files I've, it correctly imports the alpha channel. Could you send me a TGA file that doesn't work?
Yves.

PS: make sure you use MMF2 and not TGF2. Alpha channels are not supported in TGF2.

I'm using the MMF demo, but it only seems to recognize png files with alpha channels
