It doesn't surprise me that there esn't a way, to be honest but it seems like a pretty basic thing to have if layers are present. Obviously it was not possible in mmf 1.5 so in that i just had the sky as one colour, and pasted a circle (or whatever) into the background to make holes. But now I want to make actual holes in the background of a layer. Any chance of making it work almighty clickteam?

I hate to bump my own threads, but i really want an anvwer about whether this has been thought of, and if it's likely to be added.

once the overlay reduxe object is ported to mmf 2 this will be easy. there are many examples in the old file archive that do this. Overlay reduxe is one of the most powerful extensions there is, so become friends with it once its availible for mmf2 <img src="/center/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
