Actually when we put a cursor object in the frame, in runtime we are blocked with the default cursor all the time even if the mouse is over an edit box...
Is it possible to add a function to activate/deactivate this object ? So we can keep default cursor behaviour and when we want to use a specific cursor, we activate the object and set the cursor.
Is it possible too, to use alpha cursors because WindowsXP (and maybe Windows2000) can use this.

Don't know about this.... but have you tried destroying the object and creating it when you need it activated... this could be a solution since I can't recall this object object having any restore or deactivate actions...

"Dehighlight action" the edit box, this will stop the cursor object from changing to the default arrow. If you want to edit the box after that then you need to put highlight on again.

You can make the cursor object anything you like.
Just you must remember certain object cause the cursor object to react, like the edit box. If you want to stop the effect you need stop whats causing it ie, to turn off borders (in the edit box) or dehighlight at start of frame.
No its not eligent, but its a workaround, and sometimes that s all we have to work with.
