You can make it an obstacle on the property window, under runtime. And no I am not stupid, I was answering your question. How old are you? 10? With that attitude you won't be getting much help here.

You can't fiddle with SPECIFIC backdrops, but there is an "Object collides with backdrop" condition you can check for, which will check to see if it collides with any obstacle-- platforms are considered obstacles.
New Condition -> Right click on your player's icon -> Collisions -> Backdrop
As for the action, make the player stop.
