B241: flipping frames bug + object creation
I have encountered a repeated problem with "Flip Horizontally" and "Flip Vertically" in the Animation Editor. After doing "Flip Horizontally" I always have to move the hotspot and action point one pixel to the left. After doing "Flip Vertically" I have to move them one pixel up. When rotating, they go wrong too.
Also I'm missing functionality to rotate a selection of the Selection tool. I believe we used to have that. At least 90 degrees.
The other problem is object creation.
After creating an object in an event, then telling it which direction it should be facing and which animation to play, I can always see the object play "stopped", facing to the right for one frame before it gets updated. So I always have to add an "Appearing" animation that contains an empty frame. A bit annoying.
