I'll be in europe next year around may/june to visit my parents so taking 2 trips from canada might seem a bit much for me, however can i try to make a phone call again, maybe i can call sarah ahead of time just to make sure everything works alright:)

Just wondering, to go do we have to buy tickets and such, and/or register for some stuff an all that jazz, or do we just show up, of course not expecting a room or something?
You will need to buy a ticket in advance - we can't sell them on the door. It won't be hugely expensive, but we have to cover the costs of the conference room, public liability insurance, equipment hire etc.
