DialogBox object resizing problem

When you resize a DialogBox object with a tab control, only the controls on the current tab are resized. The controls on the other tabs won't be resized unless they are on the current tab when the object is being resized.

Also, is there any way to detect when the window has been resized/is being resized? This would be a nice addition to the Window object.
