Idea: Named Flags

Hello. I've got this idea: Named Flags, instead of Flag 38 you write Flag "loop" or something else. I don't know wether someone has got this idea,too, but it would be nice to program such an extension. And there's a special condition:
On flag toggled


How's the idea?

If you have a look over here at the wiki that its an old extension,

You'll see that its only for MMF1.5 at the moment.
