Colour extension still being made?

Hi,

A few months ago someone (sorry, i don't remember who) was making several extensions, one of which was an extension that allowed the colours on the screen to be changed. They also posted a video of a demo in action. Does anyone know if this extension is still being developed as i have put my project on hold waiting for it.

I've searched the forum and can't find it anywhere :(
