Stupid MMF toolbars

OK, i've had enough of this. Since MMF1.5 (that's the first MMF i used) the toolbars have been move-around-able. I can't use the word that describes how bad, annoying and down right frustrating this is on this forum.

How many times have you accidentally miss a button but one pixel and dragged the toolbar into the middle of the screen, then never been able to get it back where it started. Also, toolbars seem to shift around when im not looking or when i open MMF for the first time that day.

Why on earth did clickteam decide to make the toolbars moveable. This is probably the only thing i dont like about the MMF interface, but it gets a 1/10 rating from me.

I think having customizable toolbars is fantastic. The best bit is the way that new keyboard shortcuts can be set up - Ctrl+Shift+Q for move to front, Ctrl+Shift+A for move to back... much quicker editing.

I like them, but it woul dbe nice to have a "reset toolbar" button (which they MIGHT have, I just never mucked up my toolars enough to look for it)

Just double click the header of the toolbar you accidentally dragged to the middle of the screen. That will restore it's original position :)

You are not supposed to move your mouse while clicking eh? ;)

Anyways, a 'lock toolbars' option would be a nice addition :D

I can't say that I accidentally move toolsbars enough for it to become annoying, but the suggestion is still an useful one :) I'd definitely lock the toolbars if the option was available.

I agree that the toolbars shift around when your not there. It should save the position of where you last had it.

They have shifted around occasionally but I don't see it as a major problem that prevents me from using MMF2.

Well I want the toolbars to be like this:

But every time I start up MMF2 it looks like this:

It's a little bug of MMF2 because MMF2 save the window size when windowed and it adapt the toolbars places to be displayed in this windowed size at start.

To prevent it, load your MMF2, set it to be windowed (not maximized), then place your toolbars and then exit MMF2.

When you'll load it again, MMF2 will have toolbars in the right places.
