It keep saying its an unknown version or it's not installed, it is installed and I keep installing it and I get the same errors. Any idea's
1. If you have the demo installed then you can't install updates or bonus packs as they are only available for the full version.
2. If you the full version installed and you can't install the latest Bonus Pack then fill in the official contact form at http://www.clickteam.com/eng/contact.php and provide your problem details, contact information and purchase details. A Clickteam support representative will then work with you to solve the problem.
3. If you have both the demo and the full version installed then uninstall both and re-install just the full version. If it doesn't work after this then follow the above step.
