Alt Val A of edit box does not seem to eval

I have created a very simple app to see if the issue I was having would still take place if I just made an app that only did that one thing. It creates a form using one edit box and spreading A on 1. I run a loop that makes 12 boxes and when you tab in to each field it shows you the edit box Val A in the edit box itself so I know the values are there. When I click the button it runs a loop 12 times to take the value of each edit box, checking Val A against the loop, and adds it to the value of the SFD box (and edit box to Set Field Data in a dialog box).

When the button is click the loop stops at 1 or something but it does not add all the field values to the SFD box and the counter only goes to 1.

In further testing the file...
Setting events that looked for Alt Val A of the edit box to be equal to 1, 2, and 3 it evaluates each box to have an Alt Val A of 1. I got 12 1s in the SFD box.
