I am using the Quiz object. I understand a new quiz or test taking object was being or is developed.
Is there one that is more flexible???
That is a new quiz object and its extremely powerful.
It can do more then most stand alone quiz programs I have used and reviewed at the education shows :)
What features do you want it to have?
It can get an update if you have some good ideas.
I consider the current Quiz Object as one of the most versatile and comprehensive extensions for MMF ever created. A lot of great suggestions when into it when it was being created.
In fact, I think it would make a great basis for a quick and easy form-style object, as well.
What did you have in mind for more flexibility?
I want to have several answers to select from, lets say 10 different answers. Only one is incorrect and nine are correct.
I the person selects any of the nine then the question is considered correctly answered but if they choose the one incorrect answer it is considered incorrect.
The current quiz object lets you have 10 answers with "only" one being correct. The opposite of what I want.
droberson : Which quiz object are you talking about? The last one published in June? If it is this one, I would like to know what to add to it! I have put everything possible in it.
Aren't you confusing the Q&A object and the Quiz object?
Its called Quiz Object and the filename is quiz.mfx copyright clickteam 2007 made by Francois. I double checked and it is the quiz object. The QA object has a different icon.
I am doing a weight management program. So we ask a user what did you eat today.
Water - correct
Vegs - correct
Low Fat Dressing - correct
Big Mac - Incorrect
The Quiz.mfx I am using has a create data of 7/5/2007. Is this the correct one?
Yes that is the one.
I am not sure what you want to do but you can do multiple choice questions with as many correct or incorrect as you want, but I think I see what you want.
You want the user to have to select all 3 of the correct replies.
Right now I think it will be right if the user chooses any correct answer so they could choose 1,2 or 3 of the correct replies.
You could do a work around and use the true false in place of a multiple choice as then each food idea could be evaluated.
Good idea on requiring to choose all the correct replies in a multiple choice question.
Francois explained it to me :()
Check the allow multiple anwsers and it will force the user to select ALL the correct choices.
