There is the Menu item "Full Screen Alt&Enter" in the default menu settings when you edit the menu bar. But when you run your game the menu item doesn't appear.
I have sucessfully tinkered around then to let this menu item nevertheless appear. But it does nothing then. No Full Screen display neither with clicking the menu item nor with Alt&Enter.

it won't show up unless you have the "Allow user to switch to/from fullscreen" option checked
the reason it shows up for you (and doesn't maximize the window) is because your modifications probably made MMF2 consider that option as a custom one and not a built-in one
Ah, i see. Haven`t thought of this :)
Hmm, wonder now how i was able to show up the menu item fullscreen with allow user fullscreen unchecked. Yesterday i managed it, but now i cannot reproduce.
