If you need help with the interface, take a look at the manual that comes with MMF2. If you need help with game making concept, the best would be taking a look at the CD2, as mentioned by murderdeathkill. They are really straightforward and teach some basic concepts.

It contains tutorials for (mostly) complete games. If you scroll to the end there's one I made myself (Bermuda Triangle Tutorial) - except for menu and sound and more tricky stuff like a custom level editor or so everything should be covered.
