Problem with Vitalize programs

I am having a problem with my programs that I have loaded on my website. The best way that I can explain the problem is if I open the html file on my computer(opens in IE) that the program is on everything works OK, but if I preview the file in a browser, or if I navigate to the file online, it does not load.
Help please.

First, check that all the files are on the server in the correct directories. If everything is correct, you should post the URL so that we look at the content of the HTML file.
